1. About Clarity Diamonds

Clarity Diamonds ("Clarity Diamonds", "we", "us", or "our") is an Australian company specialising in IGI-certified lab-grown diamonds and bespoke fine jewellery. We operate this website to provide information about our products, enable custom ring design enquiries, and facilitate purchases by customers across Australia.

2. Products & Services

We offer the following products and services:

• Lab-grown diamonds — IGI-certified stones available in a range of shapes, sizes, and grades
• Custom ring design — bespoke engagement rings and jewellery designed collaboratively with our team, including 3D CAD previews before production
• Concierge service — personalised guidance and support throughout the buying and design process

All diamonds sold by Clarity Diamonds are laboratory-grown. We do not sell natural/mined diamonds. Product imagery on our website is representative; exact appearance may vary slightly depending on individual stone characteristics.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated
• Prices are subject to change without notice; the price confirmed at the time of your order is the price you pay
• We accept secure online payment via our approved payment processors
• Payment in full (or an agreed deposit) is required before we commence production of any custom order
• We do not store your payment card details — all payment processing is handled securely by our payment provider

4. Custom Orders

Custom ring and jewellery orders are subject to the following process and conditions:

• After placing a custom order, our team will prepare a 3D CAD design for your approval
• Production will not commence until you have reviewed and approved the CAD design in writing
• Once production has commenced following CAD approval, the order cannot be cancelled and the deposit or full payment is non-refundable (except where required by law)
• Production timelines are estimates only and may vary; we will keep you informed of progress
• Minor variations between the approved CAD design and the final piece may occur due to the handcrafted nature of fine jewellery

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver Australia-wide
• All orders are sent via fully insured, trackable courier services
• Delivery timeframes are estimates; we are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or other factors outside our control
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided
• It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address is accurate — we cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by you

6. Consumer Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

7. IGI Certification

All diamonds sold by Clarity Diamonds come with an International Gemological Institute (IGI) certificate. The IGI certificate provides an independent assessment of the diamond's cut, colour, clarity, and carat weight. The certificate accompanies your purchase and should be retained for insurance and resale purposes. Clarity Diamonds is not responsible for the contents of IGI certificates, which are issued independently by the IGI.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clarity Diamonds' liability to you for any loss or damage arising from your use of our website or products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, design renders, and software — is the property of Clarity Diamonds or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written consent.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website or products will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
